A Tribute To Stevie Ray Vaughan (1995)

On May 11, 1995, a performance was recorded before an audience of 400 in a television studio. This performance was intended as the ultimate tribute to Stevie's memory. It featured every player who shared the stage with Stevie the night of his final performance at Alpine Valley, WI., as well as B.B. King, and Stevie's longtime friends, Bonnie Raitt, Dr. John, and Art Neville. This show was recorded with the intention that it would be broadcast, probably on Austin City Limits. It was released as a commercial video and CD in August of 1996.
